This beautiful home is located in the heart of Hollywood Hills, offering 1850 square feet of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lots of natural sunlight throughout, perfectly decorated with modern furniture and lavish décor. This home features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Refrigerator with dual French Doors and an Ice maker, Convection Oven and Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker and fully equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen can also be fully Koshered, with access to Kosher Closets. The dining area is bright and open with a table that seats 8, with a seating area perfect for relaxing after each meal. There is a Game room with Basketball, an Arcade Game, Air Hockey Table, X-Box Game Console and an additional Futon Bed. The Livingroom has a large sectional and flat-screen TV and brings you out to enjoy the serene tropical private back yard, which includes a brand new oversized pool, outdoor dining area that seats 8, large sun terrace and BBQ grill area. This home also features in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and 2 FREE parking spaces - not a detail was spared for your perfect luxury vacation.

HOUSE RULES:
-Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $20 per day.
(Please note: This fee is not included in the rental price and will be collected separately after the booking is confirmed.)

-No loud voices or loud music after 10PM.
-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
-Parking: 2 Cars Permitted in Front Driveway
-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM
-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depends on availability but with an additional cost.
-A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed this property. The home was in a convenient location and had everything you will need. Pool was fantastic. We will absolutley rent this place again. Property group was very responsive and considerate.

Deceiving Images

The pin to enter the home was changed and I was unable to get into the home in a timely manner while wanting to pay to get into the home early. The linen was dingy and dirty, especially the towel. Drawers where broken in the bathroom (not shown in property images), ALL of the patio furniture was dirty and should've been cleaned or replaced. The patio should've been pressure washed before we arrived. The pool has a big black gate around it that was pretty confusing to open and also that is not shown in the images shown on VRBO. There where locks on majority of kitchen cabinets (that is fine) but that is just not shown on images. In the master bathroom the shower head should be replaced as it squirts water everywhere.

I really loved the house and would rent it again. But there were some maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to us checking in that made me not leave a 5 star rating.The house had plenty of toys for kids, pool towels and and floats as well as chairs &sand toys for the beach which were not expected . But really enhances the experience .
