'The Milford House provided us with a very pleasant stay in the countryside of New Jersey along the nice Delaware River side. This was a nice combination after our visits to the city centres of New York, Manhattan and Washington. We also visited the various villages along the river, walked from bridge to bridge, climbed the Bowman's Tower and enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the porch of the house. The Christmas City Cottage was a real find, a 4 bedroom two bath home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised to see a wreath on the door and a Christmas tree in the living room. Very inviting and something I have never had at Christmas time in various locations. 'We booked 3 suites here for a big group and we were all comfortable. The suites were clean, spacious and matched the description. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable as well. The person who checked us in was very nice, polite and detailed. However, the person checking us out the next morning, was rude with an attitude, maybe she was having a bad day. Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay.'

'We stayed at this hidden gem for a weekend wedding at the Bethlehem Hotel. It was a great location to the venue. The communication with Kim was outstanding and the house had lots of great extras. The house was very clean, quiet and spacious for our family. The house was beautifully decorated for the Xmas and New Years holidays and fridge was stacked special bakery items! 'Large farm house with Plenty of space for large groups. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. 2 full baths. Nice yard. Great kitchen, Dining room spacious large livingroom with 3 couches, kids toy play area. Washer dryer and entry The main floors were not swept. We had to sweep them. 3 beds needed clean sheets. Looked as though they were sleep in. So we we washed them. Plenty of towels for everyone Would recommend for Large groups Overall very pleased'

Located close to where we meet with friends, easy to find and access, and close to convenient parking option. Not fancy (as described) but suits the needs of an overnight stay at a much better rate than the area hotels.'
