'I loved my stay here. It’s a prime location with an easily accessible and walkable parking space that they pay for. The number you’re given is super responsive and helpful and the room was so unique!! I slept in and slept great, they had super comfortable beds. I will stay here a lot more often when visiting Austin for work, it was very convenient to be in and out with that close by parking, and I left something in my room and they coordinated pickup with me easily. Super nice people!!'

'The hallways were so hot! Our room was cool, but my best friends was so hot she was miserable. The pool wasn’t open at 8am, and we had to wait until 9 for it to open, but they did allow for a later check out time for that reason. Breakfast was great! I never saw anything about the $35 parking a night, and it’s a small walk back to the hotel from the parking garage.'

'if your plans for Austin include staying and partying till 3 am and getting a few hours sleep, then ARRIVE is a great place. When we arrived we specifically asked for a quiet room, the man at the front desk suggest an "upgrade" which turned out to be a corner room on 6th street. At 9 pm the music got loud and got louder as it got towards midnight. After that, the music was drowned out by motorcycle gangs using or intersection as a racetrack. It finally got quiet about 3 am and I got a few...

'I had a great stay. The room was up to standard, amenities were great, and the staff were attentive. I had an issue with my request for an iron and ironing board taking too long to get to me before an event I had to attend. Staff worked quickly to resolve and even compensated me with free breakfast for my troubles.'

'The staff were beyond accommodating! Anything you need from the concierge to the coffee shop to the bar, just ask. We missed a dinner reservation and ended up eating at the restaurant bar as backup, but had an incredible meal! The cocktails are great too'
