'Comfortable quaint cabin perfect for a couple. Located on a beautiful mountain lake. Great hiking right out the door. Close enough to hit the big city or Breckenridge or winter park as well as many other beautiful spots like Red Rocks for day trips. Bring your fishing pole the lake is full of rainbow and brook trout. Would stay again in a heartbeat!'

'The Yellow Cottage is fabulous! Close to downtown, clean, cozy and well stocked. Great fenced backyard makes it a wonderful place to bring your pups. We have been staying here for years, and Cloudcroft has some quite good very casual dining these days. Ricardo, the host, is absolutely unsurpassed. '

We did eat dinner in Idaho Springs which was just few miles away, didn't see as many food options in Dumont. '

"Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet helemaal. Ik vind dit hotel aan de dure kant. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Continentaal ontbijt was redelijk. Met het personeel moet je geluk hebben. De dame die bij de incheck aanwezig was ('s avonds) was onvriendelijk en chagrijnig. Hierdoor voelden we ons onwelkom. De dame bij het uitchecken ('s ochtends) was juist heel vriendelijk. "
