'Overall this place was fine, one of the older ones in the neighborhood. Couple things we experienced: The inside had some sort of smell we weren’t sure what it was but it was bad enough to make us get an air freshener; the propane connection to the propane tank on the grill is broken and sprays propane from the connection which is a major safety issue so we couldn’t grill; we couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling fan but there was another one in there so all good.
