Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. 'The av seemed to be out in the actual hotel, the room was fine. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel room. Pool light was hanging out of the pool. And the room smelt like smoke even though it wasn’t a smoking room'

'This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. 'I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.'

'Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.'

'No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top.'
