'This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices.'

'This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. 'Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms.'

'The location is the main draw but the apartment itself lacks on many fronts. I booked the basement studio with a patio. You'll struggle to haul luggage down the narrow stairwell to the lower ground. Studios are small and closely packed together so you can hear every door slam, every footstep and voices - this was frustrating when a neighbouring guest chose to blare loud music till 4AM. The only major critique is that the elevator did not work and we were on the sixth floor.
