'I was super excited for this but the unit does not look like the pictures at all. There was stains on the walls and big cracks in the floor. The towels provided had stains and the fridge surface was cracking and brown. Also the fridge wasn’t cold enough but the freezer was too cold to store things. 'The view was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. Check in was fairly easy except for the valet out front. They didn't speak fluent English and were extremely rude. There was 1 elevator so that was a huge inconvenience and every ride up or down took wuite a while. Overall a nice stay. '

'Condo itself is great, clean and comfy with AMAZING view. Host did a nice job of communicating with us too. Condo is pretty well stocked also. Only issue was the check in process is a little "clunky" and the elevators. The waits at the elevator did afford us the opportunity to meet some really cool people though! So it was all good! Great location also, close to Gulfstream Park, Beach and Hard Rock Stadium,'

'We had a great time and the place is great and very comfortable. The property management company was responsive and resolved issues when they arose. The elevators where the worst I have ever seen in my life. We wound up walking up 22 flights in order to get to the room in a reasonable amount of time. You routinely needed to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and often times when it did arrive it would be packed with people who were willing to pack inside in an attempt to avoid waiting any longer....
