Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.'

'I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee. 'Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall.'
