'We stayed here President’s Day weekend 2024 and had a wonderful time. Very comfy cozy. Only approximately 25 minutes away from Elk Mountain which was very convenient. Just make sure you bring everything you need as the stores locally may not have what you need.'

'This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !'

'I can't say enough great things about our stay here. First, Leah the property owner was so accommodating and quick to respond to anything we asked. All 3 houses plus the clubhouse was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse was a hit. There was all kind of games to play for all ages. The pool was amazing. 'This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. Lastly, the property manager (Walter) was great to engage with; very friendly, available, and responsive.'
