'The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. 'We had a great stay at the “Tree House”. We stayed 7 nights and kayaked most days with the provided kayaks. We also used the bikes and checked out the neighborhood. The channel was quiet compared to the river especially since there was some spring break activity still going on. The river was crazy busy on the weekend but that’s probably fun for younger people. We preferred the weekdays. Nice location and loved the deck overlooking the channel to spot manatees, birds and the random kitties that...

'The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!'

'We enjoyed this wonderful canal property. We fished everyday red fish, small stingray, blue crab the dolphins were chasing fish into the canal. We used the kayaks and we enjoyed watching all of the different birds that would stop by the property. The sunsets are beautiful. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!!'

'We had a quick stay but it was perfect. The upstairs and loft bedroom was perfect. Although we didn’t use the second room due to a separate entrance it would be perfect for a mother-in-law suit or second family. The outside area was so great and we spent almost all our time on the deck, pool and dock. Terrance had very fast communication. Thank you for a great stay.'

'Staying at Mason Creek was simply amazing. The river view was awesome and the house had everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus. The house has been completely renovated and no expense was spared. It was a home away from home. We used the firepit more than once and it was a perfect view. I highly recommend Mason Creek Lodge.'

'This was an awesome easy relaxing little place to stay on the canal of Homosassa River! We enjoyed the home amenities and took a stroll on the kayak and paddle board with the pups... Very relaxing and convenient to many restaurants!'

'Heel ruim en comfortabel verblijf in Port Richey. We waren met 2 dus voldoende plaats in dit huis waar 6 personen kunnen slapen. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort, inclusief terras dat in de namiddag heerlijk in de zon ligt. Allles was perfect, heel net en voldoende keukengerief om zelf te koken, wat we ook altijd gedaan hebben. Toch één aanbeveling : de pannen en potten zouden wel van betere - lees zwaardere, zelfs Ikea - kwaliteit mogen zijn. Ze zijn namelijk van de lichtste/goedkoopste...

'I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

'We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. 'I booked this house with a few friends and family for my 35th birthday weekend! I literally just wanted to relax in a pool and enjoy the weekend, and this property did not disappoint at all. The kayaks are a special touch too and were fun to use. The house was clean, the neighbors were friendly, there was enough parking. The house set up is great. Everything was clean and easy to find. The owners were great the very few times I reached out, quick to respond too, we are looking at booking here...
