'Great property that’s fully updated! It is on the smaller side but very well laid out with great use of space. We stayed as a family (3 adults and one toddler) and had enough room! It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and boardwalk which can’t be beat! Karl was very easy to communicate with and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!'

'No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise'

The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible.
