'What an absolute gem of a Stay. My wife travelled with friends and family to the Big Island to celebrate our anniversary. Steve and Maryanne provided a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. We relaxed poolside, cooked and had dinners out on the patio. I would definitely look to stay here again! Thank you Steve and Maryanne!'

'We had everything we needed here: comfy beds, ceiling and portable fans, beach towels and gear, bath towels, and kitchen supplies. The walls and doors are VERY well insulated! We never heard our neighbors. We swam in the infinity pool every morning and evening and played mini golf at the King's Shops a couple of evenings. We also walked to A Bay beach a few times. Lovely!'

'This condo and location were perfect for our family for the 5 nights we stayed here. The ease of accessing Kahaluu Beach across the street was fantastic - we saw so many colorful fish! The condo had everything we needed for our stay to cook, to do laundry, extra towels for the beach and beach accessories such as coolers and an umbrella. It's a safe, clean and well kept area. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The villa is fantastic - spacious, well stocked, and very clean. It's very close to the Four Seasons resort which is a few minute golf cart ride. The management company was great to work with as well - they were responsive to all questions and helped with arranging for baby equipment rentals. Would definitely stay again!'

'This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.'

'Enjoyed our stay.Pool and barbecue facilities well maintained.Location was excellent for walking around and seeing the sights. Accommodations were comfortable. Ice and water dispensers did not work on the refrigerator. Cutlery needs replacing in kitchen .'

'Right across from a beginner’s snorkeling beach. Easy driving for groceries and restaurants. Walking along the ocean drive is pleasant but can get busy. Excellent lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Quiet at night and easy parking.'

'Nice place, has everything. Only complaint was the upstairs Neighbor. Up at 5am stomping till 7am. Earplugs didn’t even help. Not the best thing to be woken up to on vacation every morning.'

'For my son‘s 21st birthday he said he wanted to stay away from the downtown crowds. I found this location, he was ecstatic. The place is immaculate outside, and the accommodations were great. The place is minutes from downtown, and an easy drive. There was fresh fruit and a nice welcome basket left for us. There is plenty of kitchen supplies. There are two security gates protecting the place, which the owners have provided a garage door opener for access; easy! We had a small water issue which...

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'
