'I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

'Great property. Had everything you could want. Even a dog bowl, pack-n-play, high chair. Very clean. Owner was communicative and nice. No problems at our stay. We brought our dog, 8 month old and the grand parents. Great stay. I even thought the beds were comfortable which is rare for a rental.'

The location was out in a rural area and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. The house had everything we needed. 'It was me and my husband for the weekend for a wedding. It was perfect for us. We sre 50+ in age and I honesly was worried about the murphy bed but it was comfortable. Loved the upstairs porch with the rocking chairs and the horses were so pretty to watch. Communication was so easy. Hoping to have another excuse to go to Waco so we can book it again. Thank you!'
