There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Very fabulous hotel, combination of Scandinavian functionality and aesthetics. Everything in the room (tiny, but not as tiny as a Japanese hotel room) is so well-thought out. The iPad controls everything in the room: lights, curtains, TV, temperature etc. The night curtain truly blacks out the room. The mattress is not saggy - super comfortable. 'The AKA Boston Common is located in an excellent area so close to Boston Common, Fanuiel Hall and much more. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary happy hour wine was an added bonus. The room (standard two queen) was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom lovely, though figuring out how to turn on the shower on was a bit of a challenge LOL. '
