'This house is perfect for a large family. It is the perfect distance from town that you can get what you need when you need it, but have the privacy that you want. We were in town for a Texas State graduation ceremony which was only about a 20 minute drive. The house was built in the 1800’s, so it has a ton of character. 'Property was perfectly located. Close to campus, although not sure you could walk to graduation. CLose to shops restaurants, coffee shops. The huge back porch with fans was a nice gathering place. The "yoga' room/Selfie wall was so great for graduates to take pictures. Owner kept us updated on storm recovery and electricity being back on because of previous night's storms, including hail.'
