'Everything was just okay. No exceptional service except there were not sufficient mirrors as a girl that went with all females for a trip. Host resulted to bringing an extra mirror but it never arrived'

'This was a cute little basement apartment. It had a living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The location was super close to the convention center, and not far from other attractions. Nice enough neighborhood, with small cafe's and restaurants.'

'The apartment was spacious and quite well equipped. The host was very responsive,'

'Clean, comfortable unit. Really nice to have dedicated parking place.'

'Great property and convenient to public transportation.'

'The location was perfect for Metro use & access to Trader Joe’s. Property is best suited for able bodied people as the apartment is in the lower level & stairs to enter are tight. We were fine, but it is something to note.We encountered a few issues with a 10 day stay. Some basic supplies (not enough paper towels, no tissues, no additional trash bags, limited soap, linens) were not adequate. Property manager supported access to additional linens. Note that there is no washer/dryer. One ac split...

'We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I really appreciated how attentive Mr. Jon was in checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.'

'It was in a great location very clean.'

'I would stay here again. Very nice location.'

'This basement apartment was the perfect spot to stay and still be quite close (less than a mile) from metro access. The neighborhood was charming and the pull out sofa mattress really comfortable. Thanks for an amazing overnight stay.'

'I very much appreciated the ease with which I was able to arrange for the stay, make a change when I needed to, and get in and out as I needed.'

'Good property in a good neighborhood. Guest/street parking was very easy. The room was pet friendly with a convenient dog park 2 blocks away.'

'Just as described only things was the parking it wasn't very easy to find'

'Great apartment, wonderful location! Would stay again anytime we're back in DC.'

'My wife’s and my first trip to DC and it went perfectly. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the capital and a shorter walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Never needed the car. The room is small but very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This property is located in an excellent area close to the Mall, Metro, and great restaurants in Penn Quarter. We were in a top floor unit that was quiet with a good view. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated across our 3 weeks stay. The hosts were easy to contact and were responsive to maintenance requests. When in the area in the future, I will be interested in staying at this property again.'

'This place was really nice and comfy I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’d stay again for sure'
