'Property was as described. We chose it as base to go to Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is located in a safe neighborhood, parking included. Bed is very comfortable, very quiet room, with good amenities (microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, smart TV, furniture, etc). Room is great for a couple or single person. 'We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather. LOL Plus the home was just 3 mins from our family we were there to visit - we will absolutely be back!'

'This two bedroom suite was perfect! Clean, filled with art, plants, rugs which made it a pleasant place to stay. David has equipped his VRBO with so many of the items you need to make yourself a meal - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. In addition, plenty of towels, blankets, kleenex and various sundries - shampoo, moisture, etc. It is in a nice neighborhood and with a 15 minute walk or so, down a hill...

'My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!'

'Het Sanborn huis is een fantastische locatie! Je zit overal dichtbij én kunt op eigen terein parkeren! De kamer zelf is super netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. 'We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. "Hotel is great. The staff are really friendly and some of them did help us unloading the car. And our baggage were delivered in our room. The view is also very spectaculaire. You can see Hollywood from the hotel and the rest of LA. Only downside is, you can not park nearby or in the hotel. We parked our car nearby Historic Broadway metro station."
