'Excellent stay '

'The person's above us made a lot of stomping noises in the early evening and at 2:30 a.m. Kept us from having a restful night's sleep. We wound up having to stay the next day due to fatigue and unable to continue on our journey. However the manager Kendra was super! She gave us a different room for the second night and we slept very well. She is very welcoming and quickly helped us out. The noise was the only negative. I am an Honors Member and when traveling stay at Hilton properties.'
