I signed up twice to go to Gato Island and both times the dive was canceled because the minimum of 4 divers wasn't met. '

There are lots of bicycle, scooter, bus etc options at all hours. Note most none auto options are Filipino sized so if your big or over 5 and a half most bikes seating will be crowded '
