'The apartment is set within a secure and sprawling golfing estate. It is fully equipped - fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, tv & audio. You do need a car to get around and off the complex. The staff are very good, there are dining and shopping facilities on site. We travelled round to some of the surrounding villages for breakfast and dinner'

We would have breakfast on the front terrace and sit on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset. The Villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood and the view across the valley by the pool is lovely. The restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia are excellent. 'Our holiday was postponed two times, because of the corona restrictions. Now finally after 22 months we are able to visit our holiday address at Villa Alexia, located in a beautifull, safe and peaceful area, 20 min. drive from Paphos and 10 min. drive from the airport. The pool was kept spotlessly clean, it was 28-30 deg all the way through apart from the first day or two which was 26/27 and still warm enough to swim. 'We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . 'This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host.'

'Both the house and the garden have a nice ambiance. The house was very clean and comfortable. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare your meals.
