Incredible and thoughtful renovation in this beautiful building that was a grocery store a hundred years ago. The Outdoor Courtyard is a shared space with other units in the building, but offers ample entertainment options like a putting green, grill, and sitting area!

The Space:
Unique and attractive space offers that city vibe that you're looking for when visiting Louisville! This historic building underwent a thoughtful renovation to bring it back to life. 3 bedrooms - 3 full baths - and four spacious beds ensures there's plenty of room for your group. Thoughtfully appointed, yet free of clutter! Incredible entertaining space with garage door out to the street! There's no unit quite like this one!

Parking - parking is on street only, but it's free and you shouldn't have a problem finding a place close to the building.

Amazing and great priced!

Priced Great. Had so much more room then we expected. Beds super comfortable, just right amount of soft. 3 bathrooms were a blessing for a family. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice apartment, nice neighborhood

The apartment was as shown online. There's numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Pizza/Italian, Irish pubs & Mexican, a couple coffee spots and breweries. David sent chkin instructions and followed up on checkout day.

Great spot but needs some attention and TLC

There were a number of odd and missing things in the apartment. First and foremost, the shower lever in the double queen bathroom only physically moved from cold to tepid. So we were down to the one shower for 4 people. The towel drying rack in that bathroom was completely missing, as in gone from the wall, as were any shower floor mats in either bathroom. In the double queen room, there was no TV remote and no fan/light remote to be found either. The rug there was weirdly grungy and stained, the 3 light fixture above the sink had one light bulb that mostly worked, and the "light" in the closet did absolutely nothing. With all of the stains on the living room couch, we didn't even sit it during our stay.

The condo was very clean and within walking distance of some fun restaurants. Host was great and fast at responding. 10/10 would stay again!

This property is in a location where you can walk to many things to do. Take a right or a left on Baxter and there is plenty to eat and do. The unit itself is cleanish. The bedspreads might want to be switched to all white or clean them more often. Items in the kitchen were sort of clean. The microwave seemed to blow a fuse while we were there and couldn't use it going forward. The owner did not reply in a timely manner while we were in the unit. There were only 2 rolls of tp for the whole unit and since we didn't get a response we ended up buying more. They were quick with how to get into the place and asking for a late checkout before we checked in. Please note, yes this is in a commercial area as stated in the listing, but it is in a LOUD commercial area. You can hear your neighbors, across the hall, through the wall. I live in a condo building and I can kind of hear when neighbors are talking, but it is so clear in this unit that you can follow along and probably chime in! The business below starts their music at 8 am on a Saturday; there was some reprieve on Sunday. You can hear it all :)
