Our cosy and lovingly furnished holiday flat, with a size of approx. 30m², offers space for 2 adults (additional extra bed possible) The holiday flat is modernly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is located in the district of Niedergurig not far from Bautzen in the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape - ideal for anglers, gliders, cyclists, hikers, walkers, newly in love, business travellers and families who simply want to relax and unwind in nature.Niedergurig belongs to the municipality of Malschwitz, which is located in the area of the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape. Our village lies on the River Spree with many ponds and floodplains. Our landmark is the giant oak with a trunk circumference of 9.50 metres and is approx. 800 years old. In the centre of the village there is a very good restaurant, currently closed. For anglers, there is a specialist fishing shop in Bautzen and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. You can reach our beautiful 1000-year-old town of Bautzen on foot, by bike or by bus. In Bautzen you have connections to the train services to Dresden, Görlitz and further.you can find more information about the surrounding area on the pages of Niedergurig near Bautzen and the municipality of Malschwitz.Bautzen our city of towers is always worth a visit. You can reach Bautzen from our holiday flat in a few minutes by car, in 30 minutes by bike or in 90 minutes on foot...Arrive, unpack and feel good. Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Heimat

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter Tino und Ute sind sehr herzlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
