Although the apartment was not ready a check-in time, the contact person with Heavenly Hosts apologized for the inconvenience and told us the cleaning crew was in their way. They arrived shortly after, also apologizing, but left some 45 minutes later leaving the unit spotless, which made my wife happy. And the manager refunded the cleaning fee.
