'Property could use some upgrades but overall it is in good condition. They should upgrade all pool furniture & keep pool area cleaner, plus play better tunes. The staff is very friendly… they do play the same playlist over and over again by the pool and that’s quite annoying. Music is loud & on by 9am. Very minimalistic but it’s all you need and waking up to an unobstructed sunrise view of the volcano on Lake Atitlan.
