'We have stayed at the Ritz multiple times in the summer but this is the first time during ski season. Wow what a set up the Ritz has for skiing. The amenities were great and we all had a wonderful time. The condo had everything needed and John was very responsive and accommodating.'

'We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night!
