'Nice place in the Third Ward area of Houston. Place is in good shape and secure though the surrounding area is not the best in Houston I would say (no fault of the owner). Would stay again and our thanks to the hosts.'

'Came in for a cheer competition and location is great for the convention center and area was relatively clean. Ran into a problem getting the lock to work but we’re able to trouble shoot and owner made sure to make up do the trouble. '

The location is terrific, in walking distance or a very short drive to the many museums in the Museum District, Hermann Park itself with running tracks, Gardens, and the Zoo. The house was really tastefully furnished, very well maintained and held our family very comfortably. The hosts were terrific, very happy to answer questions, and the check-in and check out processes were easy and well explained. We would happily rent this place again!'

'Very nice home that has been renovated. Overall such a pleasant experience. The hosts even allowed for us to have a late check-out as we had a follow-up appointment the day of our checkout. Perfect outdoor area for our two small dogs. Great size house and very nice updates in the bathroom and kitchen. Screened in porch off of the master bedroom was great. 'The place was very clean and nicely updated, bed are very comfortable and 10-15 minute drive to MD Anderson depending on traffic. The only thing I wish it had curtains on the windows, bedrooms had a lot of light on them at night and during the day had glare on TV in living room, needs a lamp in living room at night(this personal preference don’t like overhead lighting).
