'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'Property was excellent and host was very responsive.'

'Likely impossible to beat the combination of location, price and convenience.Clean and safe and 3 minute walk to the train which was important since we were there for a month traveling to and from MD Anderson multiple times each day using the train which saved us likely 30-40 in daily parking.Danny was very very responsive. Two things to consider…. The apartment complex has a strict towing policy so all vehicles need to be registered ahead of time. Also the tenant before us cooked food with a...

'Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.'

'Great apt. Perfect location for getting around downtown medical center area. Covered parking was nice. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Cute furnishings. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.'

'Great location . Quick response from host ..'

'It was okay very spacious'

'The location was perfect for our family get away providing comforts from home. Family of four apartment was right size bedding would have loved a second bed but there was at least a sofa bed for a kiddo. Minutes away from Houston Zoo, Houston Natural History Museum and best the NRG stadium at walking distant. Area was quiet and safe with large bathroom for a toddlers favorite kind of bath. We did attend a concert and overall distance walking from front office was only 21 minutes to front door. I...

'Communication with this owner was great. Their responses were timely. There were a few things that did not go well but they listened to me when I told them about it. Even though there were no remedies while we were there. The shower did not work in the hall bath so we all had to use the one bathroom in the primary bedroom. And there was an apparent pest problem, although he did say the property had recently been sprayed for pests. He is addressing the issues with maintenance for the...

'I enjoyed my stay it was worth it'

'Property was as described and very pretty and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Awesome'

'If you are attending an event at NRG this is the place to stay (12 minute walk)! Ugo was exceptionally responsive! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was huge, and I utilized the full kitchen which saved time and money on meals! I felt like a few extra blankets would have been helpful, and there were no trash bags to replace the one we used, but those were super minor things compared to the quality we got for a very fair price.'

'I was looking for a place close to the medical center, and this was perfect. Parking was great! Each room has its own bathroom. The apartment was also very clean. Would stay here again, if I needed to go back!'

'We stayed here while my mom was getting some testing done at nearby MD Anderson. The location was central to downtown, buffalo bayou park and the rice villages. All of these areas were just a short uber drive away. The apartment was very roomy and exactly as advertised. The accessability to the building is a bit tricky for a technology challenged person such as myself, but you get used to it and the extra security makes you feel very safe. The pool area is huge and the fountains running make for...

'Super cute spot in walking distance to great parks and food.'

'Clean apartment with everything we needed. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Fantastic location with easy access to Rice Village and Museum District. Very much enjoyed our stay!'
