'A peaceful and relaxing stay in the foothills. A little noisy above us the first night with lots of running of "little" feet, but after the checked-out the following day our timeshare was quiet again. I guess we'd prefer an upstairs unit next time.'

Additionally, I paid taxes as part of my fee on VRBO. However after I checked out the resort called to tell me the taxes were not paid and tried to collect from me.'

It was unclear how many nights I was paying for this surcharge since front desk said I was staying longer than I booked. Front desk also asked for an address of the property owner which I did not know. Would have liked more info and communication from property owner or manager to make experience better.'

'Great resort property about 1mi off the highway in the redwoods. Quiet, relaxing, great clubhouse, pool, hot tub, kitchen, multiple room condo, outdoor BBQ, golf across the street. We loved the place!'

'My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore.'
