'Balcony views are fantastic, day and night. A short walk to the private beach. Pools are great and well maintained, as are all the on site facilities. Have family and friends that will, hopefully, be booking soon! Have been to the island many times; this is our new "go to"!!!! '

'We had a great vacation. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Someone was always available if we had questions, or needed assistance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and precautions were taken for social distancing.'

'A very nice place that was clean and enjoyable with great views. In my opinion, the term Penthouse is a little grandiose but other than the listing (title), we really felt this was a high quality place to stay with good security measures in place.'

'The weather didn’t cooperate but we still had a great time at Dauphin Island! The condo was well-stocked and very clean. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. The view is amazing and we enjoyed using the telescopes and binoculars too. We hope to be back soon!!'

'We had a great time in Dauphin Island. The property had everything we needed. It was a quiet location with a wonderful setting. A couple of issues…… Advertised two bikes to use and they were in disrepair and not useable. We would’ve brought ours had we known. Secondly, the grill was rusted shut and when we finally got it open it was dirty. We had to clean it before use. We would stay here again and hope it is advertised accurately in the future!'

'The property was booked via Vacasa, they told me my service dog was allowed. That is not the case at this property. The manager was forthright, but kind and did make an exception. But just know this property is not pet/service animal friendly. Other than that wonderful property.'

'Beautiful tree coverage for outdoor sitting with magnolia trees and oak trees. Very clean and comfortable beds.'

'Wonderful condo on the first floor with a boardwalk that takes one right out to the wide open dunes and beach. The condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pool is easy access and uncrowded during the midweek days that we stayed. Very quiet and enjoyable stay.'

'We loved this condo. Both the living room and the master bedroom have magnificent views of the ocean. Everything you needed was right there. The owner, Donna, was so helpful and gave us perfect instructions for getting in, parking, and using the facilities. I slept so well there, which was great because I have chronic insomnia. 'My husband and I were on Dauphin Island to birdwatch. The condo allowed us to walk to Pelican Point and was minutes away from the Shell Mound, West End and the Airport birding locations. The property was clean, the communication from the owner was clear. We have no complaints. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the ocean and see more birds! We hope to stay at the same property when we return to Dauphin Island in the fall.'

'Very VERY clean, nice, well supplied. Had lack for nothing in kitchen and bathrooms. Just an amazing view and experience. A great place to get away and unplug from it all and relax.'

'We shall return to this charming little cottage. It has all of the comforts of a home away from home and the furnishings and decor of simple days gone past. My only complaint was the weather, nobody can control that…It would have been lovely to have all of the french doors and windows open to feel those gulf breezes. Perhaps next time. I highly reccomend these accommodations.'
