The remodeled kitchen is made up of new appliances, counter top and sink. The dining room has a spectacular custom granite table which provides ample seating for six.

The condo's two bathrooms both have also been renovated, now equipped with new commodes and fixtures. One with a walk-in shower and one with a tub.

The master bedroom has been redecorated, complete with new furniture, queen bed and a mounted 32' flat screen tv. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and has a 27' flat screen mounted on the wall. Like the rest of the condo, both bedrooms have been freshly painted with bright beach colors.
