'Front staff desk was friendly. Pool is gross, not enough seating and always out of towels. Evening guest reception was odd but a nice gesture. Bartender very friendly. Breakfast selection was great! Employee at breakfast buffet scolded us for taking a long time (we did not take long, we were getting plates for 2 adults+3 kids). Valet took an hour to get our car - we used the text system and the valet desk said they didn't even have our car in the queue when we asked how much longer. He put us up...

'Very cute boutique hotel. Parking around the area was inconvenient but understandable in downtown. Valet is available as well as a parking garage on the next block. The restaurant is cute and the food was good but very limited selection. '

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
