'This condo was perfect! A clean, quiet and cozy get away. This place has everything you need and more. Kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautifully done. Puzzles, books and games on hand for guests. The view of the river was amazing and perfect for watching birds and the sunsets with a glass of coffee and/or wine. It's just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Secure/gated parking. We definitely have this written down as a place to visit again.'

'Appropriately sized and view was terrific. A bit of a walk to the beach and key card to the pool area kept not working even after replaced. Stairs to the loft are steep. Very comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Check in folks were very nice.'

'We had an incredible time at this property. The listing is accurate and the place is full of light and super comfy. Being on the 6th floor the view is nice with a partial view of the beach. Our last night we experienced a storm and with the large windows it was quite a show with lightning to boot. The only slightly off thing was the bed. It was a lovely king sized bed but there is a thick foam topper on it that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a giant marshmallow. I still slept...

'This was a great location and excellent for our family as it had two rooms. The place was clean and well maintained. Being a block away from the beach was great. The only downside was if you use all the toilet paper you have to get your own a they don’t restock toilet.'

'This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.'
