'Great place for families with children, the indoor pool, , hot tub,Miniature golf & ping pong all in the indoor pool area was great especially if the weather wasn't good was a lot for the children to do!'

'Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in. We were told there was not another room to move to the next day but when they evaluated the situation they suddenly had a room to move us to. The new room was great and bigger as the pictures had originally advertised but there toilet made very loud whistling noises at all hours randomly (you had to jiggle the handle to get it stop). 'Room Needs some cleaning attention and maintenance. Washing machine was not working, light switches had grubby fingerprints on them, baseboards are swollen and stained and need replaced. Blinds need attention. Kitchen offers great amenities, location is excellent with great mountain views And excellent proximity to restaurants, Shopping and hiking. Staff was easy to communicate with and did their best to accommodate issues. The spa discount only applies to a day spa not the evening...
