'Nice and spacious studio apartment, very close to most downtown highlights (temple square and capitol are walking distance. Very friendly front desk. Beautiful building. It was hard to find but we managed.'

'We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again.'

'The 3rd floor apartment was clean and vary nice. Our o ly complaint was that we could not get the air co ditioning to work. The mini split would.not cool the apartment. Had a couple.of night with 26 degree room temperature.'

'This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. Was very thankful to have laundry...

'When coming to Saint George we always stay here. Not a bad word to be said about the Villas. We have stayed a few times now. The only thing I would say is the beds have become very uncomfortable to sleep in. Each time we stay we stay for about a week. The rooms are clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and linens. The pool is usually always a great temperature with a lot of seating. Will definitely be coming back.'
