'We reported our broken tv day 2 of 4. It was never repaired. Shower did not drain. Noisy. Communication with front desk did not yield good check out as to what to do with our key. 6 hours after we left we found out.'

'This property is a jewel; it has B&B vibes! I loved that they use actual room keys instead of key cards, as they are famous for demagnetizing. I didn’t use the spa, but it looked very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Also it’s well within walking distance to The Village and we attended a free Tuesday Blues band concert. Also has hiking trails which I’ll be back to explore. Mostly what I loved is the quiet location; no road noise! It was as quiet as my best camping trip.'

'Ondanks de hoge prijs is dit zeker waar voor het geld. Ontvangst was warm en leuk. Het appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad en bubbelbad netjes en prettig! Kleine 10 minuten wandelen en dan zit je in het zeer leuke dorp! Dit resort ligt wel op bijna 3000 mtr hoogte! '

'I love everything about this place. This is my second visit this summer. Jay at the front desk is incredible. He is the kind of person that will find an answer to any questions you ask. He wants to help and he will find a way to make things work out for those staying at the resort. The beach is lovely, the rooms are clean and tidy. We enjoy the pool as well as the spa and hot tub. I will definitely be coming back.'

'The condo was clean and was exactly what was described. The only drawbacks were that there was no a/c in the summer, the bathroom was stuffy despite running the exhaust as much as we could, and there was no elevator. Other than that, it's a great location with a 2min walk to Snowmass Village although you have to walk back uphill while at altitude. Free summer parking was great!'
