'The cleaning staff was not on top of their duties when it came to housekeeping. Our trash was overflowing and I called the desk in the morning to notify them but the housekeeping staff wanted to wait until check-out to come clean and empty trash. Also, there is no dish washing liquid in the kitchen.'

'There’s not enough word to explain the amazing environment and energy form the staff and the amenities. A lot of this to do and you meet great people activities on site, breakfast at 8am (pancakes), gym, surfboards are available to everyone. Also, shades, chairs, noddles, all the stuff that you might need for the beach they provided. Is the best option to save money so you won’t have to rented at the beach (Waikīkī) is by far the best. I would come back here ASAP love it. Special thanks to Ryan....

'I had a great stay at HI Boston. It exceeded my expectations. The complementary breakfast is a plus, they have yoghurt, bread and bagels. A good place to meet new people. A big kitchen with everything that you need to cook your own meal. The staff is very helpful and they keep everything clean. Good neighbourhood. One small thing was the temperature of the room it was really cold. But the reception is open 24h so I got an extra blanket and they would check it out. '
