Villa's in Noord-Amerika

'This was our second time staying at the Mountain Villas. We look forward to staying again in the near future! We love the coziness and privacy!'

'This property is not well kept the pictures must be from 20 years ago. The pool had black/brown crud around the edges like baked on mold. The office is piled high and smells terrible as well as the damp stink coming from the air-conditioner in the unit. All of our stuff smells damp and musty and will need sanitized to remove the moldy oder. I would not recommend this property'

'Cute spot. Had a hard time getting checked in and we were only given 2 towels total for a two bed two bath apt for 3 nights so feels like this is best for 1 night or 2 night. Still would recommend for convenience etc!'

'We stayed at the Pinyon. Pro: The location was great. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the springdale shuttle stop. A/C was great at such a hot day. This was a hot tub right at back of this unit but we didnt get to use it. We got to check in early which was nice. Good communication via email. We got more than enough towels to use. Con: Random noise throughout the day and that made the sleep less pleasant. K cup machine was broken and we didn't get a replacement even though we...

'Liked: Proximity to Marina. Clean Didn’t like: Small room small bed (hard to believe it was a queen size). No table/nightstand on left side, awkward. Small closet with 2 rods on one side (one over the other) - could not hang anything long without touching rod below or bottom of closet. Other side had large safe with rod above, still could not hang anything long. Small vanity in bathroom, crowded with toiletry bag - no cabinets underneath.'

'This is a good place at a great price. The good: very clean, great bed, instant hot water, everything you really need, great staff, and VALUE! The less than good: It is dated. If I needed to find something to complain about: Baseboard and trim could use a repaint, but why complain? This is great value; floor plan is great. Two bedrooms and two baths at a price you can't beat. We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center with our 12-year-old granddaughter, and this gave us the privacy she needs...

'This was the perfect home base for our group trip. The layout offered plenty of privacy, and the kitchen/living areas were great for hanging out together. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Loved the size of the place. Very spacious and lots of room. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was not hot even after a tech came but was refunded the heat fee. Wish bbq was included in listing and not extra fee as well. We enjoyed this place and had a great time. Definitely recommend especially if you have a large group. '
