'I stayed at the Chaya house which was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and a joy to speak with. Otsu is a smaller quiet town with lots of character and friendly residents. I highly recommend checking out the local Izakayas and cafes for an equally excellent experience.'

'Wonderful experience! The room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location near the Imperial Palace Park and within walking distance to many spots. The hotel breakfast was high quality and very traditional. We would definitely come back!'
