'Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, the first room provided appeared to still be occupied or had not been properly prepared for new guests. Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. 'Hosts were very friendly and communicative! Knew all the hot spots to visit! Very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of check-in/-out (which is already super simple I’m just an overthinker). If/when I come back to Miami I want to book with them again!'

'This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities.
