'After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. 'I have a townhouse in north Broward and needed a place for my 3 girls and some of our friends to host a weekend of relaxation and celebration of 2 graduations and one 21st birthday. This property was perfect! Well appointed and full of charm. The host, Nate, has thought everything. The fully equipped pool cabana was a great surprise and perfect for setting up snacks and sodas for the young folks. The back yard and pool are a dream. 'As someone with a tendency to be discerning—perhaps overly picky—I took a chance leasing this property.To my surprise, it far exceeded expectations and is possibly underpriced. I’m already considering bringing my boat for the next visit. Highly recommend!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location was perfect as it close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach was extremely close and made it easy with the kids. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rafael was an excellent host, he’s responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!'

'My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! 'Stayed with friends to attend a concert at Miami Gardens and stayed 2 days to enjoy the Hollywood Beach area. We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, has almost anything you could need for your stay, and the owner was very responsive. The only things we were a grill and an oven mitt. There are plenty of places around to eat and have a great time too. The home would work well with kids too and has several beach toy options for families.'
