'We saw a cockroach in the room, lipstick on a towel, the room smelled like smoke, even though we booked a smoke free room. Bathroom does could not be closed and locked. Reception is a window, you need to stand outside, hard to communicate. Receptionist seemed annoyed to help us. '

'The room was small, but clean and cozy. The staff were helpful and nice. But don't expect a 5-star room or anything. It's in the slightly crazier part of town, but not dangerous. It's also quiet at night and very conveniently located to great food and shopping areas. Right down the street from the beach. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a good price, or to be close to the beach, this place will definitely fulfil your needs.'

'Voor een goede prijs kregen we een ruime kamer, eerdere incheck mogelijkheden en latere uitcheck.. je mag gratis ontbijten, koffie voor de hele dag en frisdranken/water voor een normaal tarief. Winkels zijn op 5-20 minuten loopafstand. Het strand (boulevard) is 10 min met de taxi. Ook hoefde ik niet een garantie van 100 USD van mijn creditcard te geven. Erg prettig!! 'Everything was perfect.'

'The door wasnt closing or opening properly. The kitchen was full of dust. They have this policy that room service is only after 3 days of stay, however you can have it upon request. And yet, the staff argued that the 3 days didnt pass yet so we cannot have it. Also, there was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom.'

'Everything- pool, check-in, breakfast is all at different locations. No blanket or pillow on pullout mattress, no extra blankets or sheets. Rusty hinges in the restroom. TV was not working properly. Best thing is the location is a walk away from the beach!! Will not return to this location! '
