'The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience'

'The front desk staff at check in wasn’t the most helpful. But the bell staff and valet staff were amazing!! Also, I would book this hotel again just for the shower heads. Best ever!'
