'This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. 'Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

'We were visiting family in the area and this small cottage was the perfect place for us to stay for a couple of nights. From the beds, the small kitchen with all necessities to the lovely patio: everything was so well organized. We really enjoyed staying here (even without meeting the host) and highly recommend!'

'If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.'

'We found it difficult to find the cottage, the sign needs to be more visible and updated. It was all faded. Overall, we were satisfied with the country cabin charm. Loved the porch!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the pier, along with seeing eagles and blue herons.'

'Complex is in a perfect location- quiet and right next door to a great seafood mkt. The unit was super clean, comfortable beds, perfect proximity to the pool. The screened back porch was our favorite space. Loved sitting outside listening to and watching birds, chatting, and seeing Mr Gator swish by. He turns toward you if you call him! The property pool is beautiful and inviting, perfect for both young and older. Also enjoyed being able to walk right into Gulf State Park and enjoy the trails....

'We had a great time at this little cottage. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Kayaks, the outdoor patio, boat ramp all a huge plus. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the enclosed porch was a huge bonus. Quiet, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!'
