'The GM and AM were nice. The rooms were not clean at all. The towels had stains on them. And the floor was dirty with sand. My AC barely worked and had mold and rust accumulated on it. I understand that the hotel is able to charge an exorbitant rate in the high season and will probably be booked nonetheless but at least upgrade the rooms and sheets/towels to somewhat match the $$$.'

'We came to visit family and were tired of staying in overpriced, dingy hotel rooms. This place was great. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, with a great view. We had some family over for a low key celebration, and Mike, the owner, was so accommodating. You can tell he truly enjoys this place and loves sharing the beauty and relaxation of it with his guests. He removed the grass and changed it into sand, with beautiful flowers all around. 'Was wonderful, clean, fun, & close to things to do! Only a few suggestions I have is fix the handrail. Instead of a boat paddle put a real handrail in. Its extremely hard to hold onto it at the top of the landing. Also Anti skid strips on the stairs going up. Last but not least put a shade or curtain on the door window that goes out on the small second floor deck so neighbors cant see in. All in all Mike was a wonderful communicator!'
