'I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable. 'From a rice cooker to coffee grinder, this condo had everything. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need; groceries, bank, errands. Pools, hot tubs, facilities are all excellent. The neighbours and neighbourhood make it worth coming back. We stayed for 3.5 month and would come back in a heartbeat.'

The living room couch and loveseat are the most comfortable I have ever seen in a vacation rental. They are usually very uncomfortable sofa sleepers. This one has built in recliners, very comfy! 'Upon arrival the location, cleaniness and amenities exceeded expectations! The house has a beautiful skyline view and is in a safe community. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. 'The property was in a fantastic location right on the river! The private beach allows you and your guests to easily sunbath, swim and enjoy water sports. The inside was spacious and modern.
