'The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake views. It’s meticulously maintained and there is no other place to stay in Muskoka with the same number of amenities and restaurant options. However, all the elevators were down in our section of the hotel making it a very difficult walk up from the lake. They say that you can call for a shuttle but there is no way to call this shuttle, no number given and the shuttles are not running all day- you need to request one. There is no pool...

'Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

'The rooms were basic but clean. Disappointed the outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub permanently closed but the pool and sauna were nice.breakfast was basic but ok. I would recommend it for a night or two.'

'No TV (something about a problem with Bell Media). No restaurant. Our room didn't have any curtains (blinders). Decorative curtains were broken and hanging by a thread. We had to request another room that had proper blinds so that we didn't have to wake up at 5 a.m. with sunshine in our room. Screens are falling off from the patio doors. This place is really depressing.'

'For $300 a night stay to not be allowed pool or hot tub access is just ridiculous 🙄 It's an extra $48 per person to enjoy pool area and that's only for the time your there. Once you leave time's up! The bathroom floor in room looked like a poop stain on floor, no - broken bathroom hooks on door. Floors weren't cleaned at all. Would not stay again!!!'
