'The cabin was perfect for our family - 6 adults and 3 kids! We enjoyed nightly fires in the gorgeous fireplace and card games. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The yard is a great space and we loved walking to the beach and playground.'

'This house is an excellent place for families! The downstairs has a great set with the sectional, tv and shuffleboard! Please know that there are stairs required to get to the main part of the house, which were challenging for my 80 year old parents. Also there is no or very limited cell service at the house, so you are dependent on the WiFi. Matt is an excellent house! Would definitely stay again.'

'Very clean, newly renovated, extremely well-appointed dog-friendly cabin, including multiple cooking appliances, tv and Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a wonderful gas/wood stove with no mess but with very warm and real flames. Beds were comfortable, firepit facing the river was very cozy, and wrap-around porch was inviting. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Host was very friendly and highly responsive. A wonderful place to stay!'

'Small group taking advantage of all the space so everyone had their own room. Small hiccup with hot tub and sauna but Boris was immediately responsive and resolved within the hour. Weather was horrible and we didn’t mind because it was just more time for the hot tub and sauna.'

'This house is the perfect house for all reasons and all seasons! The owners have thought of everything, drawers are labeled, nothing is left to chance, everything is squeaky clean YET it feels like home. We stayed at Benton House the weekend my daughter defended her PhD at Dartmouth and the owners were kind enough to allow a small get-together at the house. The property is park like yet centrally located and a quick rail trail walk to Lucky’s (home of the best breakfast sandwich in the world)...

'The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the cabin most of the time; is quiet and cozy. We wish the bed was bigger and comfy but, other than that it was a good experience. We stayed there from April 15 to 18; the weather was perfect and we saw a big bear in the woods which made our stay even more exciting y (pictures and video were taken). The location is perfect; grocery stores are within 15 minutes from the cabin (Walmart, Shaws) We will definitely will go back!!! Can’t wait to...
