This home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks. The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day, and the game room is perfect for family fun.

☁ Mickey themed room: This room is perfect for any old time Mickey Mouse fan. It features a full and twin-size bunk bed, and Mickey Mouse decorations throughout.

☁ Toy Story themed room: This room is perfect for any Toy Story fan. It features a full-size bunk bed and a rollable twin bed, Toy Story decorations throughout for any Toy Story Lover.

☁ Master bedroom: This room is perfect for parents who need a little peace and quiet. It features a king-size bed, integrated bathroom, and pack and play crib if needed.

☁ Star Wars themed loft: This loft is perfect for gamers and Star Wars fans alike. It features a couch, TV, and Xbox Series S with GamePass included.

☁ Pool: The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day. It can be heated for a fee, so you can enjoy it even in the winter months.

We want your stay to be a magical experience! Please treat this as your home away from home and take full advantage of all the amenities available to you.

Guest Access

• Wi-Fi throughout the entire house.

• Xbox series S with GamePass included.

• Laundry on-site (washer and dryer), drying rack, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and step stool is also available for your use. 2 washing clothes detergents capsules is provided.

• Free Parking in front of the house.

• 4 Burner Grill come with a full gas grill propane tank along with utensils is available for rent upon request for 1 week, Price $135 for delivery and cleaning (Tax included). Please let me know at least 3 days in advance for me to be able to coordinate with the renting company. If you want it for one more week, it will be $50 more (Tax included).

• Online purchases: if online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes addresses.

Other details to note

Please notify at least 3 days in advance before your check-in date if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is a daily $50 (Tax included) for the duration of your stay.

Note that the house pool/spa temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work at its optimum when outside temperature goes below 65ºF.
