'I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you Eric and Jen'

'Property exactly as listed. I didn't see it mentioned in previous reviews so I'll mention how comfortable the beds were. So important for a great stay! And it was close to everything we needed MSU, shopping, and parks. The host was very thoughtful. We'd have already booked another stay for our return to the area if those dates weren't already booked!'

'Nicely appointed and newly renovated cottage conveniently close to MSU/Lansing and East Lansing. We were attending my son college graduation and found this little gem. The kitchen was well laid out and had new appliances. The two bedrooms were cozy and even had flat screen televisions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and don’t want the high price hotel option available during game days and graduation events. We would stay there again'

'Beds were comfortable, nice size rooms and dining table nice size for us to play games. Sorry about the cut grass being brought into house by us and maintenance guy when he fixed sink in kitchen. He was fast. You can’t sneak around because the squeaky floors give you away but that’s what you expect from an older house in town 😊'

'We used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from MSU - we live about 8 hours away. This was was nothing short of magical!! The hosts were amazing. 'We traveled to Michigan from out of state for a family wedding. With 9 in our group ranging in age from 2 - 80 this was a wonderful place to stay! The little ones were able to be themselves while others were able to relax. You can take a walk since it is located in the country. We were able to have extended family over for coffee and donuts and visit in the large dining area. We stayed for 4 days and it became affectionately referred to as 'Grandma's Farm'!'

'We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect.
