'House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.'

'Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy home. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely and our kids enjoyed playing chess and lounging about. The house was very clean and we had plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe and is conveniently located to many small shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future!'

While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. 'We loved our stay in this Birmingham Bungalow! Our host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our time spent in Alabama! A thoughtful welcome basket was waiting for us full of snacks and treats for our toddlers. This place was perfect for our little family. Fenced in back yard for the kiddos to run off some energy. Fully equipped kitchen ready with whatever you’d need…even a grill in the backyard! Living area was cozy, bedrooms were spacious and the home was minutes...

'It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. 'I chose this property for the space we needed for family to come for our daughter’s graduation and for the high reviews. It was clean, comfortable and a very nice home recently renovated. The living area felt like home for sitting and chatting in the evening. It was perfect for our needs!'

'This was a fantastic property in a not fantastic neighborhood. The house was in incredible condition. They had amenities set up as if it were a hotel (there were mints on the pillows). I've never seen so many towels in my life. We were a family of 6, but I think each bathroom had enough towels that we could have hosted all of our extended family and everyone would have had a towel, haha! Jonathan was great and easy to work with. We just needed this place for a 1-night stay and would use it...

'We went to Birmingham for a quick getaway to enjoy the city and check out the food scene. The townhouse had a ton of character and we really liked the finishes and decoration. Very clean and well maintained. The location has lots to offer with restaurants and shops within a mile of the property.'

'Well appointed cottage a couple of blocks off a busy street with easy access to the hospitals, downtown & clubs. Home is nicely decorated with a welcoming swing on the front porch. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe & fantastic for walking with a park 2 blocks away. Options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also close by. 'Great location to Barber Motorsports track ( 30 mins). Plenty of parking - we had 4 mustangs. Quiet neighbor. Within 5 mins of most Shopping needs - Santo coffee 2 min drive and GREAT!'

'Cozy, comfortable home nestled among a quiet neighborhood and tucked into a corner lot of trees. My family was very comfortable here during our extended weekend stay. Great location between Birmingham and Trussville made it convenient to access everything we needed.'

'Loved the place and super easy to get anywhere in the city. The only complaint or downfall is there are no ceilings over the bedrooms so you can hear everything within the loft, including the upstairs loft.'
